Where We Build on the Central Oregon Coast
Halvorson - Mason Corporation has developed three of the premier planned unit communities in Oregon over the last thirty years from Mountain Park in Lake Oswego, Black Butte Ranch in Sisters and LITTLE WHALE COVE DEVELOPMENT in Depoe Bay. The last project was the "INNISFREE PATIO HOMES", the final phase of Little Whale Cove.
Halvorson-Mason Construction has also designed and built homes for over 50 years. In the Lincoln County, Oregon area. We have built over one hundred and fifty homes on lots ranging from those on the breath taking waterfronts or golf courses of this area to quaint residential lots in family friendly neighborhoods.
Some of the most desirable communities in the area, Little Whale Cove and the Depoe Bay/Lincoln City area showcase many of our beautiful custom homes. Though we are proud to have such a broad area of representation, we are not limited to the sites mentioned and would welcome the opportunity to custom build your dream home on your lot!
